GETTING TO SUNNYSIDE ACRES

Sunnyside Acres is located in South Surrey. Free parking is available at the Wally Ross parking lot on 24th Avenue (between 144 and 146 street), including a designated accessible parking spot (permit required). Additional parking is available at Softball City (off 146 Street), from where it is a short walk to the Salal Trail.

DOGS

Dogs are welcome in the forest but must be leashed to protect the delicate ecosystem. Please dispose of  dog waste in the garbage bins. 

LITTER FREE FOREST

To protect the forest please do not drop litter. This includes green waste such as apple cores and banana skins. 

WASHROOMS AND DRINKING WATER

The closest washrooms to the forest are located at the nearby South Surrey Arts and Recreation Centre, 14601 20 Ave (marked on the south side of the trail map). This facility also has drinking water fountains. 

 

REPORTING PROBLEMS

If you notice anything that needs reporting on your visit, such as dumping, overflowing garbage or encampments please report it through the City of Surrey Report a Problem (website or via the MySurrey App).
